5. Liability and Insurance

We take utmost care in handling your garments, but our liability is limited to:
- Maximum of 10 times the cleaning charge per item
- Replacement cost not exceeding the depreciated value
- Total liability not exceeding $500 per customer per incident
5.2 Items We Are Not Liable For
- Items left in pockets (money, jewelry, electronics, etc.)
- Damage to items with existing wear or defects
- Shrinkage of items not properly labeled
- Color bleeding or fading
- Damage due to normal wear and tear
- Items with missing or inadequate care labels
Insurance: We maintain commercial insurance, but customers are encouraged to check their homeowner's or renter's insurance for additional coverage of personal items.
6. Pickup and Delivery Services
6.1 Scheduling
Pickup and delivery services must be scheduled in advance through our website, mobile app, or by phone. We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled times but cannot guarantee exact timing due to traffic and other factors.
6.2 Access Requirements
You must provide safe and legal access to the pickup location. If our driver cannot complete pickup or delivery due to access issues, additional fees may apply.
6.3 Delivery Confirmation
Items will be delivered to the address specified. You authorize us to leave items at the designated location if no one is present, and you assume responsibility once items are delivered.
7. Lost or Damaged Items

You remain responsible for payment of services rendered regardless of item collection status.
